What we collect

When you create an account

Your first and last name, email address, phone number and — if it is different — your WhatsApp number. Your password is never stored in a readable form; we keep only a one-way hash of it. You can also save your height and preferred size so we can suggest the right length, but that part is entirely optional.

When you place an order

The name, phone and WhatsApp number for the delivery, the delivery address (country, city, area, street, building and the details you write for the driver), any delivery note you add, the items and sizes you ordered, the amounts, your chosen payment method, and the language you ordered in so that we write to you in it.

If you sign in with Google

Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can open or create your account. We never see your Google password, and we receive nothing else from your Google account.

If you subscribe to our newsletter

Your email address, and nothing else.

How the site is used

We record which pages and products are viewed, when something is added to the bag, when checkout is started and when an order is completed, along with the site you arrived from, any campaign tag in the link you followed, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. Your IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash — it lets us tell visits apart and cannot be turned back into your address.

Security records

Sign-in attempts are logged with the IP address they came from, so we can slow down anyone trying to guess their way into an account.

What we never collect

Your card or bank details

We do not take card payments and we never see your banking credentials. A CliQ transfer happens entirely inside your own banking app, and cash on delivery is paid to the driver. Nothing about your bank account reaches this website.

Advertising and social trackers

There are no advertising networks, no social media pixels and no third-party tracking scripts on this site. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any purpose.

Why we use it

— To prepare, deliver and keep a record of your order.
— To reach you about that order by email or WhatsApp — confirmation, delivery updates, and anything we need to check with you.
— To run your account and remember your size and saved addresses.
— To handle returns, size exchanges and refunds.
— To keep the shop working and secure, and to detect abuse.
— To understand which pages and products people respond to, so we know what to make next. We read this as totals, not as individual browsing histories.
— To send you the newsletter, and only if you asked for it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use as few as the shop can work with, and none of them are for advertising.

sid178 — essential

Holds your bag, your signed-in state and the security token that protects the forms on this site. It ends when you close your browser, and the shop cannot work without it.

atid178 — measurement

A random identifier that lets us count one visit as one visit. It contains no name, email or address, and it is not shared with anyone.

A note kept in your browser

If you close a pop-up, your browser remembers that for the rest of the visit so it does not reappear. That note never leaves your device.

Who else sees your information

Delivery companies

The name, phone number and address on your order are passed to the courier carrying it, because they cannot deliver without them. They receive nothing else about you.

Our email provider

Order confirmations, delivery updates and password reset links are sent through our email host, which handles the message in order to deliver it.

Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity to us. Separately, the fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser fetches them from Google and Google can see your IP address when it does.

If the law requires it

We will disclose information where a competent authority lawfully requires it, and only as far as it is required.

Information that leaves Jordan

We are based in Jordan and your information is held here. If your order is going outside Jordan, the delivery details have to reach a courier in the destination country. The Google services described above also process data on servers outside Jordan.

How long we keep it

— Orders and their delivery details are kept as business and tax records.
— Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account.
— Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
— Site usage records are kept so we can look at trends over time, and are not published or tied to your name.

How we protect it

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, so nobody — including us — can read them back. The site is served over an encrypted connection. IP addresses are hashed rather than stored. The management dashboard is restricted to authorised staff, each with their own account, and any internal note a staff member writes about a customer stays internal and is never included in an email to you.

Your choices

— Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
— Correct your details yourself in My Account, or ask us to correct them.
— Ask us to delete your account and the personal details attached to it, apart from records we are required to keep for tax purposes.
— Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
— Ask us how any of this works, and get a straight answer.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Meaningful changes will be explained here rather than quietly folded in.
