Return & Exchange Policy

Try before the driver leaves.

When your order arrives, you can try your trousers on while the delivery driver waits — you have approximately 5–10 minutes to check the fit and decide. Please try the item on for fit only and keep it in its original condition.

If they’re not for you.

Decided they’re not right? Simply hand the item back to the driver immediately and pay a 3 JD return/delivery driver fee. That’s it — nothing else to arrange.

Need a different size?

Request another size and we’ll deliver the replacement separately. A 3 JD delivery fee is paid when the replacement size is delivered.

Refunds inside Jordan.

For orders inside Jordan, refunds are available via CliQ and are processed within 2–3 days.

All international orders are final sale.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to take your measurements carefully and choose the correct size before placing your order. The try-on-with-the-driver policy applies inside Jordan only.
